The platform is led by Clint Voigt of CGC Cerakote, whose background in large-scale firearm coating and manufacturing shaped how Customization Station was designed from the start. Years of hands-on production work revealed where customization breaks down between dealers, customers, and applicators, and what it takes to fix it.
Alongside Clint is Kyle Grothues, who oversees operations and platform execution. Kyle’s focus is on building systems that work consistently in the real world, supporting dealers and applicators with clear workflows, reliable processes, and scalable infrastructure.
Together, Clint and Kyle combine industry knowledge with operational discipline to build a system that respects craftsmanship, supports growth, and removes friction from firearm customization.
