Welcome to Customization Station. By accessing or using this website, our kiosks, or any related services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. About Customization Station

Customization Station is a platform that connects firearm dealers, certified firearm customizers, and end customers through in-store kiosks and related digital services. We facilitate the ordering, specification, and routing of firearm customization services such as Cerakote coating, laser engraving, and other approved modifications.

Customization Station does not perform gunsmithing, coating, engraving, or firearm modifications directly.

2. Eligibility

Use of Customization Station is limited to:

  • Licensed firearm dealers
  • Certified vendors and customizers
  • Individuals legally permitted to own firearms under federal, state, and local law

You are responsible for ensuring your compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Dealer Participation

Dealers who participate in the Customization Station program agree to:

  • Maintain all required federal, state, and local firearm licenses
  • Ensure lawful possession and transfer of firearms
  • Follow all ATF rules regarding firearm intake, storage, and return
  • Accurately represent customization options and pricing displayed on the kiosk

Customization Station provides kiosks and software tools but does not control dealer operations, staff actions, or regulatory compliance.

4. Vendor Participation

Vendors listed or matched through Customization Station must:

  • Be properly licensed and certified for the services they offer
  • Maintain applicable insurance and regulatory compliance
  • Complete work consistent with the specifications selected by the customer
  • Meet reasonable turnaround times communicated through the platform

Customization Station does not guarantee order volume, geographic exclusivity, or revenue.

5. Orders and Customization Services

Customization Station acts as a facilitator only. All customization work is performed by independent third-party vendors.

We are not responsible for:

  • Vendor workmanship
  • Color variation or finish appearance differences
  • Wear, durability, or long-term performance of coatings or engravings
  • Delays caused by shipping, compliance issues, or vendor workload

All customization selections are final once submitted.

You acknowledge that firearm ownership and modification are highly regulated. You are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring the firearm is legal to modify
  • Ensuring modifications comply with applicable laws
  • Understanding any restrictions related to serialized components

Customization Station assumes no liability for unlawful modifications requested or performed.

7. Payments, Fees, and Subscriptions

Dealers and vendors may be subject to:

  • Monthly subscription fees
  • Transaction fees or commissions
  • Equipment or service agreements with defined terms

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of access.

8. Kiosk Equipment

Kiosks provided by Customization Station remain the property of Customization Station unless otherwise specified in writing.

Dealers agree to:

  • Protect kiosk equipment from damage or misuse
  • Allow reasonable access for maintenance or removal
  • Return equipment upon termination of agreement

Damage beyond normal wear may result in repair or replacement charges.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, designs, and kiosk interfaces are the property of Customization Station or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the system without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Customization Station shall not be liable for:

  • Lost profits or revenue
  • Business interruption
  • Firearm damage or loss
  • Regulatory violations by dealers or vendors
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to Customization Station in the preceding 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Customization Station from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Your use of the platform
  • Firearm handling or transfer
  • Customization services performed by third parties
  • Violation of laws or regulations

12. Termination

Customization Station may suspend or terminate access at any time for:

  • Non-payment
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Legal or regulatory risk
  • Misuse of the platform or kiosks

Termination does not relieve you of outstanding payment obligations.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
